Your province runs its own regulated online gambling market, so the casino offers on BonusMadness are not available to you. Our guides and tools stay open.
π³ A bank transfer moves money straight between your account and the casino, with no wallet or card in between. It suits larger, planned payments - and it's the slowest option in the cashier.

How bank transfer works at casinos
A bank transfer is a direct wire or electronic funds transfer between your bank and the casino, in both directions. Thereβs no brand behind it and no extra account to open: the casino gives you its banking details for a deposit, or asks for yours for a withdrawal. Itβs the method built for larger, planned payments rather than quick top-ups.
The trade-off is visibility and time. Your bank and the casino both see the full transfer, and casinos usually complete their identity checks before sending a wire payout.

Limits
High, but minimum withdrawals can be steep
The method comparison chart above shows bank transfer at the slowest end, behind cards and well behind Interac e-Transfer. Minimums can bite too: SpinJo sets its bank withdrawal minimum at C$300 and lists manual processing of up to 72 hours on top.
π Using bank transfer in Canada
Bank transfer is listed at many casinos on our list for players outside Ontario and Alberta - Jackpot City, for one, names it on its Canada payments page. Because the days are business days, timing matters: a request made early in the week clears sooner than one sent on a Friday afternoon, and statutory holidays add another day.
For everyday play, Interac does the same job from the same account in hours. If you want a bank-linked route that isnβt Interac, iDebit is the faster middle ground.
Pros and cons
β Handles larger sums than most methods
β No wallet or card needed
β Usually free on the casino side
β Slowest method for deposits and withdrawals
β Possible international wire fees from your bank
Deposits take 1-3 business days to arrive and withdrawals 2-5 business days after the casino approves them. Weekends and holidays don't count, so a Friday request can stretch well into the next week.
Is bank transfer the same as Interac e-Transfer?
No. Interac e-Transfer is Canada's domestic transfer rail and pays out in hours. A casino bank transfer is a wire or EFT, often from an offshore operator, and takes business days. For most players Interac is the faster choice.
Are there fees on casino bank transfers?
Casinos typically don't charge for them. Because offshore casinos may send international wires, intermediary or receiving-bank fees are possible - ask your bank what it charges for incoming international transfers.
